2nd Conference: "En Teoría hay mujeres (en teoría)"

Girona 15 & 16 April

The 2nd Conferece "En toería hay mujeres (en teoría)" is the contribution of the Chair of Legal Culture to give continuity to the first edition that took place at University Pompeu Fabra on September 26 and 27, 2018, reaching a high academic level  and a great impact nationally and internationally. The initiative, the result of the collaboration between researchers of philosophy of law in the University Pompeu Fabra and in the University of Girona, is an essential way to reverse the underrepresentation of women in the field of philosophy of law and promotes the formation of networks of researchers and professors who reinforce the visibility of their work.

On this occasion, the meeting opens the doors of the Faculty of Law of the University of Girona on April 15 and 16 to students, professors and professionals who are interested in analyzing different theoretical and applied aspects of philosophy and theory of law.The Congress will feature speakers and counterparts from renowned universities in Argentina, Chile, Spain, Italy and the United Kingdom.

The objectives of this second meeting are the following:
