Marian Ahumada is a full professor of Constitutional Law at the Faculty of Law of the Autonomous University of Madrid. Global Fellow 2005-2006 Hauser Program NYU School of Law. She has been Deputy Director of Studies and Research of the Center for Political and Constitutional Studies (2008-09), representative of Spain in the Venice Commission (2009-10) and between 2009 and 2011 she held the General Directorate of Legal Coordination of the Secretariat of State of Relations with the Courts in the Ministry of the Presidency.
