Miguel Díaz y García Conlledo

Law degree from the Autonomous University of Madrid (1982) and Doctor from the University of León (1989). Professor of Criminal Law since 1994, first at the Public University of Navarra and since December 1997 at the University of León (formerly a professor hired and full professor at the University of León), with five six-year terms of research and six five-year teaching periods recognized. Author of multiple publications on topics of the general and special part of criminal law, among which are " La autoría en Derecho penal " (1991, with editions in Colombia, Chile and soon in Peru) and " El error sobre elementos normativos del tipo penal "(2008, with edition in Colombia). Director of the magazien Libertas and director of multiple doctoral theses, has been a professor in several Spanish and foreign universities, as well as an evaluator and manager in different publishing houses, magazines and agencies. He has held the positions of Dean and Department Director, and has several honorary awards, including two honorary doctorates.
