Lawyer and Research Professor at the University Externado of Colombia. Director of research in international responsibility of internal jurisdictions. Member of the French Society for International Law, the Colombian Academy of International Law and the Colombian Chapter of the International Society of Public Law. Her main areas of teaching and research are international responsibility, environmental protection and climate litigation.
