Researchers interested in joining the Philosophy of Law Research Group at the University of Girona as postdoctoral researchers may apply to different funding programs.
All these programs require the support of a research group. In this regard, the Philosophy of Law Research Group at the University of Girona invites all those interested in undertaking a full-time postdoctoral experience to submit an application for support. The minimum duration of the stay is usually two years, although some contracts may be of longer duration. The research areas pursued by the group are the following:
- Proof and evidentiary reasoning in law
- Philosophical and/or economic approaches to private law
- Theory of legislation
The conditions of employment depend on each program and will be announced in the corresponding specific calls.
Applicants seeking the support of the Philosophy of Law Research Group must send an email attaching their full CV (including the dates of completion of the degrees claimed) and one academic paper, either published within the last two years or unpublished.
