The international journal Quaestio facti, specialising in evidentiary reasoning and edited by the Chair of Legal Culture of the University of Girona, has been awarded the Editorial and Scientific Quality Seal of the Spanish Ministry of Science and Universities, granted by the Spanish Foundation for Science and Technology (FECYT), in recognition of the scientific and editorial quality of its publications.
The journal publishes articles in Spanish, English, Italian and Portuguese, and is characterised by its academic rigour, transparent editorial processes and commitment to best practices in scientific publishing.
This distinction adds to the journal’s inclusion in the Scopus international database earlier in 2025, one of the world’s leading bibliographic databases for the evaluation and dissemination of academic research.
Together, the FECYT Quality Seal and Scopus indexation consolidate Quaestio facti as an international reference journal in the field of evidentiary reasoning and legal culture.
